Do you have dish that you just perfected and everyone loves and request that you make? I am trying to make one for myself...and I think I have one. Its... =German Potato salad...Supereasy and fast =Brown Sugar and spice glazed ham... It is the Boars Head brand glaze with those good sized but not too exspensive or overly big hams. =Italian Green beans and cream corn. Comfort food at its best I made it for a Devotional we had over our house for about 15+ people..then for Michaels family then for some more of our friends and they all loved it. Everyone really loved the potato salad...I mean who wouldnt...it has Bacon, bacon grease, mayo, skelion and of course potato Michael loves it when I make rice and peas and curry chicken...but I havent quite perfected that dish yet..since Jamacian food is kind of hard to perfect...especially since I left the house early and didnt get that much trainer in the first place.

Lets see, it's a toss up between quiche and pizza. Both are ones that people ask for the recipes after I make them.

People usually ask for my Chicken Salad or Banana Pudding. Both are my grandma's recipes. I've been craving the Chicken Salad but it's a pain to make.

My sloppy joes for some reason. People ask me for the recipe and I always say "meat, onion, some brown sugar and any sauce/condiment I have in the fridge that isn't spicy until it tastes right" (that has included ketchup, mustard, A1, BBQ sauce, worchesire, honey, soy sauce, and even that tablespoon of french dressing at the bottom of the bottle...lol).
Brian is really the cook around here...he does awesome tacos and homemade pizza.

There are a few things I make that DH really likes... but the only things I can think of that outside people have said "Oooooh you made ..." are
- Strawberry Pretzel Salad (recipe is in this forum somewhere)
- the sweet potato, pineapple, and marshmellow stuff you can have at Thanksgiving... not really a recipe but I take a few sweet potatoes, bake or boil, mash, mix in crushed pineapple, mix in butter and brown sugar and pumpkin pie type seasonings to taste, cover with marshmellows, and bake till 'mellows are puffed and dish is heated through... nice and low carb, LOL

Mine would be cheese and potatoes. Just sliced potatoes layered with american cheese and butter and let the cheese melt. LOL My dad, brother and dh all ask for this one a lot.
Second one would be steak salad which is just a green salad layered with cut up steak (or chicken) baked french fries and ranch dressing to top. Oh no tomatoes either for us. We dont care for them in our salad. I used a bag of greens and some cucumbers diced up for the best taste. Oh and add some shredded cheese. Its a great dinner!
