I'm so sick of this rut! Every single week our grocery list looks the same.
We always have tacos. Every single week. It's the one thing that the whole family enjoys. It's easy enough for me to make it low carb, too.

probably chili. Cameron and Brian could eat gallons of it. Me... not so much. I've been trying to break out of a rut too. Angie

Probably Quiche, in fact, I think that's what we'll have tonight. LOL
We have the ham steak that goes nicely too and salad. ;D

We have spaghetti and tacos as our "old stand-bys" here. I have other recipes I like to make but those are just the easy ones that get used often.

I do spaghetti and tacos too. Also a chicken/stuffing casserole. I make a good quiche too but dh doesn't like it as much as i do. Sometimes we have breakfast for supper. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, omelettes etc. We sometimes eat out a lot. Grilled ham and cheese or just grilled cheese. I make some good homemade soups and stews. Dh makes great chili. And we have steak and roasts quite a bit because we bought part of a cow. In the summer dh grills most of our meals--hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken breasts, steaks. We don't eat much pork at all.

Most frequent at our house is "I didn't feel like cooking, dig something up for yourself" which IMO is even worse than just cooking the same thing all the time. My kid is going to grow up warped because his mom is such a failure of a housewife... #bag#
Next in frequency would probably be something in a Trader Joe's Indian simmer sauce... either chickpeas in masala sauce or peas and paneer in the spinach sauce... over whole wheat couscous.
Quiche sounds like a good idea! I will need to dig up my MIL's recipe, perhaps. Then see if whole foods sells prepared pie crust... I despise making pie crust in part because I don't care to eat pie crust but DH would probably divorce me if I tried to present him with a crustless quiche. He is a crust man.

I can't find MIL's quiche recipe but in checking for frozen brocoli in our freezer I found some frozen beef veggie teriyaki thing... looks like that's dinner tonight.

soup. we have soup a couple times a week. it's pretty much a given on wednesday night, as we use soup to get rid of whatever veggies are left before the thursday delivery of more veg.
we did a lot of snatch and grab meals when i was growing up... i turned out fine. i think it happened partly because my mum doesn't love cooking, and partly because i went vegan, sis went meaty, and mum went fishy....

Chicken something - curry, apricot, plain roast, orange, stir-fried, teriyaki. Then I get sick of chicken and make spaghetti!

I'm a few days late (I cook so infrequently that I rarely stop in here...lol).
Our most common meal is "We still haven't thawed anything....pizza hut?" SIGH I know it'll change after I have surgery so I only have a few more months of pizza, but it's still irritating.

Well i would have to say it'd be crock pot roasts... they're just so easy to throw in and leave it. Otherwise it'd be spaghetti and tacos as well, LOL, too funny.
I need some quiche recipes, I LOOOOVE it but hate onions so anyone got any good ones?
