A friend of mine emailed this to me. It's super easy, and very good. 1 whole roaster chicken, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup(I used fat free) 1 can cream of chicken soup (I used fat free) 1/2 cup milk 1 package of onion soup mix 2 chicken boullion cubes Place chicken in crock pot and put all of the rest of the ingredients in there with it....cook on high for 5 hours. During that five hours, I would sporatically spoon some of the juices on the chicken. It literally fell off the bone, it was so good. I made mine with mashed potatoes, and used the juices from the chicken mixture and made gravy (added a little flour and whipped it with a wire wisk) Dh really enjoyed it and told me to add it to my "rotation". I wasn't aware that my dinners were on a rotation, but whatever.

I will be trying this very soon. I am always on the look out for a crock pot receipe since I leave the house at 6:30 AM for work and don't get home until 5:30 or later most nights. It is very easy and then we can eat right away and at a decent time. Otherwise we have to eat around 7 or 8.
