I never measure for this so I'm just guessing. You could add more or less depending on what you like.
Ingredients 8oz crumbled Feta cheese 1lb cooked penne pasta 10oz pkg frozen spinach, defrosted 3 cloves garlic (or more-I like a lot!) Sundried tomatoes-chopped (about 1/2 cup)
Saute the garlic in a little oil. (I use the oil from the sundried tomatoes). Add the spinach and saute. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to pkg directions. After Pasta is done, add to spinach and garlic. Add sundried tomatoes and feta. Toss and serve.
This stuff is delicious. I make it once a week. And the Dreamfields low carb pasta tastes awesome with it.

Sounds good but I wonder if I could replace the feta with fresh mozzarella? Not a feta fan, although DH is!
