My family and MIL use this receipe a lot
cut up in slices some Polish Keibalsa or precooked sausage add slices of 1 each green, red and orange peppers slices of one onion 1-2 chopped tomatoes. Put all in a fry pan with water(cook according to sausage directions) Usually until boiling.
If I am going to but it over spaghetti noodles I usually add everything to a pot add a little more water and add noodles. Cook until noodles are done and drain.
If I am putting it on rice I will drain the meat liquid and use it to cook the rice with. It adds great flavor to the rice and noodles that way.
